CINNABARIS 

(Red sulphide of mercury,  mercuric sulphide, Mercurius sulphuratus ruber)

Uses of Cinnabaris (3X – 6X)

• Chronic rhinitis; eye infections such as iritis and keratitis, Ciliary Neuralgia are well treated  with Cinnabaris.
• Toothache, Increased salivation, inflammed conditions accompanied by ulcerations in the mouth, throat or on the tongue.
• Warts that tend to bleed slightly are eased by Cannabaris.

• The patient is sensitive to both a warm room, and to cold air.

• Pustules. Gangrenous ulcers. Elevated ulcers.

• Ulceration accompanied by suppuration (honeycomb ulcers) chronic inflammation of eye.

• The pains in the head are violent; worse after eating; better by heat and pressure. 
• Fullness in the whole head, Constriction with heaviness in the head.
• Pains from lachrymal duct around eye to temple (head), from inner canthus across brows to ear. 
• Severe shooting pain in bones of orbit (eye area) especially running from inner to outer canthus in the bone. Redness of whole eye. 
• Inflammatory affections of the mouth, Ulcers on the roof of mouth and throat.

Reactions with Cinnabaris (3X – 6X)

It is safe to take the tablets even if you are on other mode of treatment like allopathy medicines, ayurvedic etc. Homeopathic medicines never interfere with the action of other medicines. It is safe and has no side effects.

Dosage of Cinnabaris (3X – 6X)

• Put tablets into mouth and allow them to dissolve under the tongue. 
• Adults and adolescents (12 years and older)2 to 4 tablets,four times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
• Children (under 12 years)2 tablets twice a day.
• In acute cases a dose every hour or two.
• In severe, painful affections a dose every ten to fifteen minutes.
• In chronic affections one to four doses daily.

Precautions

Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a homeopathic practitioner before use. 

Avoid eating tobacco or drinking alcohol during the course of treatment.
