Kali Chloricum(Dilution)

Common Name: Kalium Chloricum, Chlorate of Potassium, Chlorate of Potash, KCLO3, Kalium chloricum, chloratum   

Causes & Symptoms for Kali Chloricum

• It has been used for sore mouth, foul ulcers on the mucosa, on cheeks, stomatitis.
• In complaints of nephritis, kidney complaints, it gives good results.
• Ulceration of mouth, throat, stomach, causing dysentery with weakness.
• Neuralgic pains, multiple joint pains.
• Swollen sub maxillary glands, with rawness of throat.

Mind and Head

Irritability with dullness and no desire to work. Dizziness on stooping.

Vertigo after violent exercise with congestion of blood to head.

Eyes, ear, nose

Redness and itching of eyes, with sensation of pressure in the eyes.

Roaring in the ears. 

Violent coryza with much sneezing and secretion of mucus.

Mouth and Throat

Swelling of the lips, mucous surface red, tumid, with gray based ulcers.

Stomatitis, with swollen tongue is relieved with this remedy. Bleeding gums with white coated tongue.

Tonsillitis with burning pains, dryness of the throat and chest, with violent cough

Stomach and abdomen

Colic with loose motions and flatulence is relieved with Kali Chloricum.

Pain in the stomach with inclination to eructation, nausea with vomiting, but only air is ejected.

Acute gastritis with fullness in the stomach, better by warmth is an indication for this remedy.

Weight, fullness, distension in epigastric region.

Stool and Anus

Continuous pains in the rectum is an indication for  this remedy.

Constant urging with passage of stool, constipated with normal stool is an indication for Kali Chloricum.

Stool hard, and at last mixed with mucus and blood.

Urinary complaints

Retention of urine with bloody passage of urine.

Urine loaded with albumin, high phosphoric acid, and scanty urine indicates Kali Chloricum.

Male complaints

Violent desire with itching on the scrotum.

Extremities

Rigidity of the muscles, with sticking pains in the knees.

Cramps in the legs,  with drawing pains is relieved with Kali Chloricum.

Skin

Violent itching over the whole body with red papules is relieved with Kali Chloricum.

Generalities

Relief from warm baths is one of the indication for Kali Chloricum.

Great chilliness, constant shivering and shuddering.

Side effects of Kali Chloricum 

There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given. 

It is safe to take the medicine even if you are on other mode of medication like allopathy medicines, ayurvedic etc. 

Homeopathic medicines never interfere with the action of other medicines.

Dosage and rules while taking Kali Chloricum

Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.

You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

Precautions while taking Kali Chloricum

Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a homeopathic practitioner before use.
