Heaviness in the eyes with stary look indicates Ephedra Vulgaris.

Used as water pill to improve urine flow in people who retain fluids.

Side effects of Ephedra Vulgaris

Dosage and rules while taking Ephedra Vulgaris

Take 10 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
