Action of Ingredients in Adel Pekana Adel 55 (Tinal)

Bryonia 6x: the pain in focus is which occurs in the neck or the small of the back and aggravates when moving. It feels like a contraction in the cervical spine.

Cimicifuga 4x: Feeling battered, stiff in the neck area, racking and tearing

Dulcamara 8x: Conditions found as effects of damp weather, in hot days and cold nights towards the close of summer. Stiffness, numbness, aching, soreness of muscles on every exposure to cold, especially of back and loins. 

Glechoma 6x: It is antiphlogistic and stimulates the metabolism.

Helleborus 10x: include a stiff neck, muscular weakness up to paralysis and radiating numbness in the limbs

Kalmia 8x: Weakness, numbness, pricking, and sense of coldness,  Pain from neck down arm; in upper three dorsal vertebra extending to shoulder-blade.

Rhus Tox 8x: Rhus affects fibrous tissue markedly-joints, tendons. Hot, painful swelling of joints. Pains tearing in tendons, ligaments. Rheumatic pains spread over a large surface at nape of neck, loins, and extremities; better motion. Pains tearing in tendons, ligaments, and fascie. Loss of power in forearm and fingers. 

Ruta Grav 10x: Backache better pressure and lying on back, Lumbago worse morning before rising. Pain in nape, back and loins. All parts of the body are painful, as if bruised, Sprains.

Dosage of Adel Pekana Adel 55 (Tinal)

Adults 20 drops, 3 times a day in some liquid before meals.
